Happy 2011 everyone...

This post is rather late as i had been a little laid back these days...

Christmas is a season of gifts and love. and the true meaning of Christmas may not be the focus of many. Christmas is the day to celebrate our Lord and savior, Jesus birthday. where He is the gift that the good Lord brought forth to save us the sinners. And we are called to continue passing on the great love and gift from the almighty Lord.

To celebrate this special day i made batches of decorated cookies for family and frens. Gingerbreadmen are easy to make and make a good family/kid's project during this festive season. if you've missed this for 2010 try planning ahead for 2011!anyways hope these little man put a smile on your face.

Mr. and Mrs. Doc Wedding Cake

KokMing and WanWai's big day. It was indeed a dream come true to complete a wedding order of a 3 tiered cupcake tower with their theme colors: red, white and gold. Together with this is a big batch of wedding favors customized with their initials on them.

Whole loads of Minis

Occasion: Elim Family Day

These minis were made especially for Elim Family Day, Potluck dinner. These minis are the smaller version of the original cupcakes and cheesecakes, about 1/3 of the original size perhaps...This is an annual event to build good rapports and fellowship with each other. Great time we had there and lots of fun! =). Btw, the minis were the first to get off the table...in fact in the first 30 minutes! so proud of them! =)

Macaroons =)

Gosh...I am just so very proud of this little cuties! This is my second attempt making french macaroons since my first failure at least half a year ago...emmm...failure as in there weren't any "legs" on my macaroons! ish...but this time around the outcome is simply gorgeous =)

Honey-Icecream Toast

A healthy breakfast to start my day one fine morning =). Ice-cream on home-made bread, toasted with a thin layer of butter and drizzled with a fair bit of honey...yum =)

Had a bun-making lesson with my sis, Munyee on Sat. Extremely easy techniques and soft fresh bun without stabilizer and softener, Healthy and yummmm =)
