Tiered Cuppies

It's been quite sometime since I last posted updates here. Well...take a look at my new creation, double tiered chocolate cupcakes with chocolate mousse topping. Just happy everytime the cuppies got off the tiers. This is especially made for a friend, Judy's shop opening ceremony.

 

Cupcakes for a good cause!

A successful Friday, making some 300 pieces of cupcakes...with 100 plain ones for Elim's 'Run for the Nation program' refreshments. Another 200 pieces vanilla chocolate chip cupcakes for the Salvation Army (Ipoh) annual food fair on Saturday. Thanx to my mum, bro, aunty and cousins in helping out. Good news is that all cupcakes were happily sold out! =P

Farewell Cake

Last month we had a farewell eat-out to send our dear friend, Karwai off to UK. I prepared a cake or rather cupcakes for that night. Told you, cupcakes is great for anytime! It's easier to distribute the cakes around as, again, cupcakes come in individual serving and everyone get a complete piece of nicely decorated cuppies.
